Taking service to the next level - MICE Management by Maritim

With its new programmes “MICE Management by Maritim” and “From SME to SME”, the Maritim Hotels network is offering even more services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and, in so doing, is relieving SMEs of the time-consuming work of travel management and event coordination.

As Germany’s largest private provider of meeting and convention facilities, Maritim is innovative in its approach: the new MICE Management by Maritim programme offers an intermediary service for making hotel reservations and arranging meetings and events. If there is no longer sufficient meeting space in the Maritim Hotel of choice, if the hotel is fully booked or if there is no Maritim Hotel at the desired location, the Maritim experts will be happy to search for alternative hotels. Maritim is the first in the industry to offer this service, which also includes securing a room at the external location, or finding a suitable venue for a meeting or event, for example. Maritim also makes arrangements for the necessary technology, staff and suitable speakers and provides participant management systems. What is more, MICE Management by Maritim also includes a range of incentives and a suitable fringe programme.

Another bonus: The fact that a meeting or celebration is not taking place in a Maritim Hotel does not mean missing out on the excellent Maritim catering. It is possible to arrange for the Maritim Catering Service to cater an event at an external venue.

Saving time and effort for event planners and travel managers

The new service for last-minute enquiries is particularly attractive: if you require rooms or locations for an event, meeting or seminar in a certain place and at short notice, there is no need to search for alternatives on your own. Let the MICE management team take care of it for you. With more than 40 years of experience in meeting and event organisation, the Maritim Hotels network can draw on a comprehensive, nationwide network of service-providers, and this is an asset that is particularly appreciated by those at the helm of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

SME programme: a bonus system with a range of benefits

With up to 12 per cent discount on all current prices for overnight stays, the Maritim “From SME to SME” bonus programme is more attractive than ever before. From business travel to the events sector, the bonus system offers a benefits package that specifically caters to the needs of self-employed people and SMEs: a personal account manager, five per cent discount on events (max. 25 people), three per cent loyalty bonus on meetings and events, the “Maritim Catering – every 20th guest eats free” offer and Deutsche Bahn AG's “Event Ticket” transport service.
